Our Goal
RefillInk.com.au allows members to purchase high quality printing ink and other supplies related to refilling of printer cartridges. We take best effort to publish correct product and resonable prices on our website. As a part of the purchasing process we require our customers to register with our website.

You ("You" or "Member") must complete the Membership Form and read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") by joining RefillInk.com.au."

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, RefillInk.com.au IS UNWILLING TO OFFER YOU THE SERVICE.

Tuhina Infomedia Pty Ltd., a Victoria, Australia based corporation ("RefillInk" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting.

Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.

Basic Requirements For Membership
To maintain a Membership in the RefillInk.com.au, you must meet the following requirements and RefillInk.com.au reserves the right to terminate the Membership of anyone who fails to meet these requirements on an ongoing basis.

We may share non-personal, aggregated information with other RefillInk.com.au (and Tuhina Infomedia Pty Ltd) divisions, our partners or product distributors for research purposes. We will never identify or disclose individual customers or visitors information or purchases but may disclose how many customers bought a specific item or used a specific service such as an email list.

Collecting Personal Information
We collect personal information submitted by you to manage and deliver your order or as part of an entry to a competition or product review. We do not disclose personal information for any other purpose. Delivery information you supplied when ordering is available online for your reference in your order status history.
